Ellen Smith – Project Manager, Carers First
Ellen Smith has been a dedicated member of Carers First for almost seven years. She began her journey in the Carers First Helpline, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in supporting carers. Currently, Ellen leads the Innovation and Development project team, spearheading innovative programs to enhance services and support for carers. She works collaboratively with carers, staff teams, volunteers, and network partners to drive positive changes and improve outcomes for unpaid carers.
