Naresh Katnoria Service Manager, Medway
Naresh joined Carers First in October 2020 and now looks after the teams and projects supporting adult and young carers within Medway. She enjoys the diversity of the different services and projects across all age groups.
Prior to joining Carers First, Naresh worked for Kent County Council for more than 15 years, both within Adult and Children services.
Naresh was drawn to Carers First because throughout her career working with different projects she has always come across a carer in every walk of life. As a carer for her mother, as well as her husband, she also understands the importance of supporting carers.
