Vicky Skeldon Head of Lincolnshire Services
Vicky has been in health and social care since 2007 and has been a manager for 15 years and joined Carers First in 2024. Vicky has managed a variety of different types of services: mental health, learning disability, housing support, carer support, children’s residential and as a CQC registered manager. Vicky has a proven record of improving services as well as ensuring compliance.
