Are you a Croydon resident, aged 18+, providing unpaid support for a family member or friend who depends on you? If caring starts to feel overwhelming or affects your wellbeing, leaving you feeling stressed or burnt out, you're not alone.

This is a warm and welcoming space for carers of adults. Drop in for one of our relaxed sessions, here for you to take a pause, spend time with others, share experiences, and join a friendly community atmosphere. Or simply take a moment in your day at the café to enjoy some time for yourself. You don't need an appointment, just drop in. Whether you stay for 10 minutes or the whole session, we'll be happy to see you. And of course, there's always a drink, a biscuit and good company. MIND's Carers Support Team joins us at the Carers Café dropin on the last Monday of each month. Support, advice, and information from MIND will be available on the day to help.
