Sound Healing with Joanna

2:30pm - 3:30pm

Croydon Carers Centre, 24 George Street, Croydon, CR0 1PB

Unwind and rejuvenate as you immerse yourself in the healing vibrations from crystal sound bowls and Tibetan singing bowls. Promote inner peace and balance, reduce stress and reconnect with your mind, body, and spirit. Joanna is a Sound Therapy Practitioner, passionate about helping others connect with their true selves. She creates immersive experiences by combining the power of sound and meditation, offering tools for relaxation, self-discovery, and healing. Joanna is dedicated to creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where everyone can feel safe to embrace their uniqueness and be themselves. Her goal is to make sound healing accessible to all and to support everyone in their unique journeys toward wellbeing. Whether you're seeking calm, clarity, or connection, she's here to guide you with compassion and care. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat or bath towel to lie on. We will be laying still for some time so make sure you have a jumper and socks so that you are warm enough throughout the session. You are also welcome to bring a blanket and pillow for comfort. If you are unable to lay on the floor you are more than welcome to sit on a chair. Sound healing is generally considered safe for most individuals; however, there are certain groups of people who may need to consult with a healthcare professional before participating. These include people with epilepsy, hearing impairments, pregnant individuals, certain medical devices such as pacemakers, severe migraines or chronic pain.
