Join us and other carers in the Canvey area for a cuppa, cake and a chat. Join in on the conversation, sharing hints, tips and advice whilst meeting others in a similar situation. Socialising with others is extremely beneficial to your mental health, being able to relate to other carers is useful and allows you to know you are not alone.

We are pleased to share that on Carers Rights Day (Friday 21 November) we will be having a presentation from ASC on what a Carers Assessment is to break down barriers and encourage carers to access support.
