Dementia Bus Experience in Boston

10am - 4pm

Scott House, 35 Skirbeck Road, Boston, PE21 6DA

What if you could truly understand what it’s like to live with dementia, not just learn about it, but feel it?

The Virtual Dementia Tour is a powerful, immersive training experience. It’s the only medically and scientifically proven method that simulates the experience of dementia, helping to build empathy and a greater understanding of those we care for. This isn’t just training, it’s a mindset shift. Participants leave with real insights that lead to immediate, meaningful changes in care. This will be delivered by Training2Care.

Sessions last 15 minutes and are for carers only. This event is for carers who want to deepen their understanding of what it is like to live with dementia. This does come with a warning: the session is designed to put you into the shoes of someone living with dementia, some people may find this upsetting however, feedback tells us that the session is beneficial when supporting someone with dementia. If you would like more information or you have any questions, please email ellen.smith@carersfirst,org.uk
