Spalding Carers Week Wellbeing Dropin

Come and join us during Carers Week in a relaxed atmosphere, to meet with Carers First staff and likeminded carers at our wellbeing event. You are welcome to drop in at any time between 10am and 2pm. Come and chat with us and have coffee, tea and cake. If you feel like it, take part in some positive activities for your own wellbeing such as crafts, gentle exercise, flower arranging. There will also be opportunity to find out about other services in your community which help promote wellbeing. Please pop in, we would love to see you there.
