Do you feel as though you'd like regular support that fits in with your life and responsibilities, but aren't sure where to find it? We are offering a friendly and relaxed support group for people who care for someone with a learning disability or Autistic Spectrum Disorder. You are welcome to join and hear relatable experiences and emotions of others who are going through similar situations. Feel comforted in knowing you are not alone and take this opportunity to gain information about various support available from occasional speakers from other organisations.
