As a carer, it's difficult to make time for yourself, to get out of the house and talk to others about your feelings and experiences, but it's important that we do so in order to take care of our own wellbeing. That's what our carers surgery is for. If you have any queries or concerns about your caring role, how to receive support for yourself and your loved one and need tailored information and advice, come and see us for a confidential chat at Age UK Merton every first Friday of the month.
